Enjoy your holiday in Florida in a privately owned luxury 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom villa with private swimming pool. The villa is fully equipped with everything you will need - just bring yourself and a few clothes! Disney World is just a 12 minute drive and all of Orlando's attractions are within easy reach. It is also only minutes away from championship golf courses.

Click for a larger image Built in 2004, the villa is located in Tivoli Manor - an exclusive gated community of 35 villas just off US Highway 27, close to its intersection with Interstate I4. All furnishings and appliances are brand new and, as you would expect, the villa is fully air conditioned. There is a spacious living area and the pool can be heated in the cooler months. A telephone with free local calls and cable TV is included, along with 3 TV sets, DVD player and a games console.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker and all the crockery and utensils you will require.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with access to the pool. Bedroom 2 has a full size double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have two single beds in each and share the third bathroom.

There is nothing better than a swim in your own pool first thing in the morning, or for relaxing after a day out enjoying some of Orlando's attractions!

Access to the pool is from the living area or master bathroom. Both doors are alarmed in accordance with Florida's safety regulations so that you will be alerted if children go out without supervision.

The pool and extended deck area are fully enclosed in a mesh screen, popular in Florida for keeping the bugs out but letting the sunshine in! Sun loungers, tables and chairs are provided by the pool so that you can enjoy as much time as you want in Florida's beautiful climate.
